You need:mince meat (any will do)
a few tablespoons of pureed veggies (pumkin is awesome, but I works very nicely with spinach, too)
1 tablespoon yoghurt
Spices: turmeric, cardamom, cumin, nutmeg if with spinach, cinnamon if with pumkin, chilli, scd legal curry mix, cloves, black pepper...
Ghee
(3-4 cloves of fresh pressed garlic if you need to get rid of parasites, fungus or bacteria like me, but leave it out if you suffer from crohns or celiacs!)
Heat ghee in a big pan, fry the meat and add the spices. Add some water or stock, and then the veggies. Serve with yoghurt if too spicy and with fresh garlic as antibiotic.
