Chicken pancakes:1 cooked chicken breast, 2 eggs. Put into blender, season however (I just add salt), fry in pan, done.
Avocado pancakes:
1/2 avocado, 1 egg: put into blender, season, fry in pan.
Pumpkin pancakes:
1/2 cup cooked pumpkin, Cinnamon, a tiny bit of vanilla essence, 1 or 2 eggs. Blend, fry.
Important: do not add baking soda! they taste like soap if you do :/
