I like cabbages of all sort. But my partner has a hard time with them. And he simply wont even try broccoil.
To still get my broccoli and have him eat the same dish, I mix it in with some other cabbage, and he can hand me the pieces of broccoli without complaning about that the taste leaked.
You need:
pork strips or pork mince
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 or more cloves garlic
2 spring onions
1 tsp crushed fresh ginger
180 g broccoli (or 90g broccoli and 90g bok choi)
1 courgette/zucchini
juice of 1 orange
scd-legal tamari
1/4 cup toasted almonds
Place oil in a pan, add garlic and meat, cook until done, remove and keep warm.
Add spring onions (sliced into pieces), ginge, broccoli florets (and sliced bok choi) and courgette (sliced) and fry for 2 minutes. Add orange juice and cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in the pork, add some chilli if you want, and the tamari, stir fry for another 3 minutes. Add the almonds and serve.
