Amazing Egg Bread

I still need to eat TONS of sausage to get my daily fill, but I found out that I am not reacting to eggs anymore, which is a huge relief.
I found this amazing recipe on pecan bread and tweaked it a tad.

You need :

1 boiled chicken breast
5 eggs
1/3 cup pureed and cooked veggies (I use carrot and courgette, but works fine with others, too)
1 tablespoon oil
1teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch caraway (i love caraway!)

Put it all in a blender and blend it until fine. Fill into either muffin forms or cake tray, and bake at 160°C for 45/60 minutes. It tastes really close to bread! I love it with tons of butter (my newest snack, lol)
