You need:
some fresh pomegranate seeds (careful, use silicone gloves , the color stains like hell)
mince meat (beef, or better, lamb)
1 clove of garlic
oreganum and rosmary
courgette or eggplant
yoghurt
olive or coconut oil
Fry meat with rosmary in a pan, then add diced courgette. Add oreganum, salt and pepper. Put onto a dish.
Press the garlic into the joghurt, add the pomegranate seeds, and pour over meat, serve.
If you can eat walnuts, please add. I had it with pepitas, but they are not a great exchange. This dish needs walnuts, if tolerated. You can also use this as a topping for a pizza, if you cannot have cheese or tomatoes.
