Muesli to kill for

I have a great new breakfast! I love it!

You need:

yoghurt
some blanched almonds
some pepitas
some diced papaya
some fresh coconut
cinnamon, cloves


Mix and enjoy! if you are too lazy to chew, you can throw it into a blender until it is like porridge. I you are not strictly scd, throw in some freshly ground linseeds or psyllium husks.
Exchange the papaya with pomegranate or other fruit, if you want. Just remember to drink enough, since it is very rich in fibre!
