Charlotte's spinach pie

Hello all,
I want to share this awesome recipe I have found on SCD recipe.

you need:
lots of spinach (i halved my ingredients, I took 1/2 package fresh spinach. you can also use silverbeet)
1-2 eggs
dripped yoghurt of 1/2 liter yoghurt
basil, rosmary, thyme, garlic
Salt and pepper
some almond flour
some butter
some grated parmesan and/or cheddar

wash the spinach, blanch it, dran the water away, chop it up.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, mash with the dripped yoghurt, add the spinach, herbs, a Tblsp of almond flour.
Spread onto a buttered pie pan, or a baking tray. I used a bread loaf baking tray.
Springle some butterflakes, almond flour and cheese over it.
Bake at 200°C until golden.
Serve with carrot salad.
